We apply the wax injection craftwork to produce our precision casting floating ball valves accroding to the requirement of our clients. The details of our craftwork are as follows:
Low-temperature wax-based molding material (stearic acid + paraffin): the low-pressure wax injection, water glass type shell, hot water dewaxing, atmospheric smelting casting process, mainly used for quality requirements of carbon steel and low alloy steel castings, castings The dimensional accuracy can reach the national standard CT7 ~ 9 grade.
With this craftwork, we can guarantee the castings have high dimensional accuracy, good surface finish and good appearance. In addition, it is possible to cast parts that are complex in shape and difficult to be machined by other processes. And casting materials are not limited, all kinds of alloy materials such as: carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, aluminum alloy, high-temperature alloys, and precious metals and other materials, especially difficult to use forging, welding and cutting of alloy materials. We can ensure that good production flexibility and adaptability of our floating ball valves
and other fittings. The valves can be mass-produced, but also for single or small batch production.
