Analysis of electric water ball valve
Electric water ball valve has the action of rotating 90 degrees. The cock body is a sphere with a circular through hole or passage passing through its axis. The main characteristics of electric water ball valve are compact structure, reliable sealing, simple structure, convenient maintenance, sealing surface and sphere are often in closed state, not easy to be eroded by media, easy to operate and maintain. Ball valves are mainly used to cut off, distribute and change the flow direction of the medium in the pipeline. They can be closed tightly only by rotating 90 degrees and small turning moment. Electric water ball valve is most suitable for switching and shut-off valves, but in recent years, the development of ball valves has been designed to make it have throttling and flow control purposes, such as V-type ball valves. It is suitable for general working media such as water, solvent, acid and natural gas. It is also suitable for medium with bad working conditions, such as oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, methane and ethylene, etc. It has been widely used in various industries. Ball valve body can be integral or combined.
Installation and maintenance of electric water ball valve only need to do the following:
1. Only by removing the pressure before and after the ball valve can the ball valve be disassembled and decomposed.
2. Bolts must be tightened symmetrically, step by step and evenly when the ball valve body is reassembled.
3. Cleaning agent is compatible with rubber parts, plastic parts, metal parts and working media (e.g. gas) in ball valves. Metal parts can be cleaned when working medium is gas (GB484-89). Non-metallic parts are cleaned with pure water or alcohol.
4. Decomposed individual parts can be washed by immersion. When cleaning, all the grease, dirt and dust adhering to the wall should be removed. Clean silk cloth can be used for scrubbing if there are still non-metallic parts that have not been decomposed.
